Jimi Hendrix and the Experience traveled to Munich on January 15, 1969. They played at the Congress Hall Museum with Eire Apparent. There is a common thread to the comments from people who went to the Jimi Hendrix show —  it was deafening, but an impressive concert with technical difficulties during the first show. Part of the problem there was no decent or large enough venue with decent acustics for pop concerts in Munich. Both Hendrix and Eire Apparent played Bob Dylan covers. An exact setlist is hard to find, but it is believed the bands played the following songs.

  • Fire

  • Hey Joe

  • Spanish Castle Magic

  • Red House

  • Foxy Lady"

  • Sunshine of Your Love

  • Little Wing

  • Voodoo Child (Slight Return)

  • All Along the Watchtower

  • Purple Haze

Eire Apparent played the following songs:

  • The Prince of Love

  • Highway 61 Revisited

  • Mama Talk To Your Daughter

  • Gloria
